All items are sold as DIY Moulding Kits and should be installed according to the instructions provided. Mouldings & Co is not liable for incorrect installation or damage resulting from misuse.

We accept payment via secure third-party processors (e.g. PayPal, Stripe, Afterpay). Your payment details are not stored on our website.

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspicion of fraud.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship Perth Metro. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary depending on location.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that are:

* Incorrectly supplied (wrong product)

To request a return, please contact us within **7 days** of receiving your order. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.
